Inclusions

• Ex-Kilimanjaro Airport travel by a private non AC vehicle (Land Cruiser)

• Accommodation on twin sharing for 9 nights 

• All meals Ex-Arusha (as mentioned in the itinerary) 

• Park entrance fees (as per the ongoing fees structure) at Tarangire, Ndutu,  Serengeti & Ngorongoro (In case of any increase in the entrance fees at the time  of the tour, the difference will have to paid separately) 

• Game drives by a custom built 4WD Land Cruiser with a roof hatch

• Bottled Water (1 litre) per person per day while on safari 

• Services of a driver cum guide who can communicate in English

• Company of our in-house Naturalist for an enriching and hassle-free wildlife  holiday experience 

• Visa fees for visiting Tanzania

Exclusions

• GST (5%) & TCS (as applicable) 

• Any airfare (international/ domestic). 

• Personal expenses of any kind - non-alcoholic or alcoholic beverages, additional  bottled water, meals other than specified in the itinerary, room service, telephone calls, laundry service. 

• Optional activities like - visit to Masai Village, Hot-air Balloon safari, visit to  Olduvai Gorge etc. 

• Tips/ gratuities to the driver guides and staff at hotels / wildlife lodges.

• Expenses incurred due to any change in the itinerary for reasons beyond the  control of the organizers. 

• Insurance of any kind. 

• Any other costs not mentioned in the list of ‘Inclusions’.

Documents for Booking

• Passport – Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your arrival date in Kenya and must have a minimum of one blank  page. Please provide a clear, properly scanned copy of the passport’s  biodata and address pages. 

• Yellow Fever Vaccination certificate – obtained from a Govt. Hospital 

• Polio Vaccination Certificate – obtained from a Govt. Hospital 

• Passport-size Photograph – A photograph taken against a plain white  background, with both ears clearly visible and not covered by the  hairstyle. The photograph must have been taken within the last 6 months. 

• PAN card – scanned copy 

• Aadhar card – scanned copy 

• Air ticket copy
