• Ex-Kilimanjaro Airport travel by a private non AC vehicle (Land Cruiser)

• Accommodation throughout the tour on twin sharing

• All meals Ex-Arusha (as mentioned in the itinerary)

• Park entrance fees at Tarangire, Serengeti Ngorongoro

• Game drives (safaris) by a custom built 4WD Land Cruiser with a roof hatch

• Bottled Water (1 litre) per person per day while on safari

• Services of an English speaking driver cum guide at Tanzania

Exclusions:

• GST (5%) & TCS (as applicable)

• Any airfare (international/ domestic)

• Personal expenses of any kind - non-alcoholic or alcoholic beverages, additional bottled water, meals other than specified in the itinerary, room service, telephone calls, laundry service etc.

• Optional activities like - visit to a Masai Village, Hot-air Balloon safari, visit to Olduvai Gorge etc.

• Tips/ gratuities to the driver guides and staff at hotels / wildlife lodges.

• Expenses incurred due to any change in the itinerary for reasons beyond the control of the organizers

• Insurance of any kind

• Any other costs not mentioned in the list of ‘Inclusions’

Documents Required for Booking:

1. Passport (with expiry date minimum 6 months or more, than the arrival date in Tanzania AND with a minimum of one blank page) - we need a properly scanned copy of the bio data and address pages of the passport.

2. Passport sized photo – taken on a white background, with both the ears clearly visible (not concealed in the hairstyle), the photo should not be older than 6 months.

3. PAN card – scanned copy

4. Aadhar card – scanned copy

5. Air ticket copy (if the same is not booked through our office, we need a copy of your air ticket)

Mandatory for Travel:

• Valid passport with expiry date minimum 6 months (or more) than the proposed travel date.

• Yellow Fever Vaccination certificate.

• Polio Vaccination certificate.
