Exploring Satpura
Discover the rich biodiversity of Satpura National Park, located in the Narmadapuram district of Madhya Pradesh. Spanning 2,133 square kilometers, this reserve is part of the Deccan biogeographic zone and features unique ecosystems such as Sal forests on Gondwana sandstone and teak forests on basaltic traps. Named after the Sanskrit word for "Seven Hills," Satpura includes the historic Bori Sanctuary and supports rare and endemic species from both the Himalayan and Nilgiri regions.

Day 1 - Arrival at Nagpur. Travel to Satpura.
We meet at Nagpur latest by 7 AM. Using a properly sanitized vehicle, we will take you to a safari lodge at Satpura. (Travel time - about 6 hours). Get introduced to this beautiful forest in an interactive orientation session in the evening. Overnight at Satpura.

Day 2 - Safaris at Satpura.
Explore Satpura on Morning & Evening safaris. Overnight at Satpura.
