Accommodation:
Stay in Deluxe Safari Tents / Rooms at our handpicked property in Masai Mara, designed to deliver an authentic wilderness experience without compromising on comfort, hygiene, or safety. The accommodation features western-style toilets and running hot and cold water showers for a relaxed stay in the heart of the wild.

Inclusions

• Nairobi – Lake Naivasha – Masai Mara – Nairobi travel by road

• Stay at Masai Mara (4 nights), on twin sharing basis

• Meals as mentioned in the itinerary (from Breakfast on Day 1 to Lunch on Day 5)

• Boat ride at Lake Naivasha

• Park entry charges at Masai Mara as per the current entrance fees structure (In case of any increase in the entrance fees at the time of the tour, the difference will have to paid separately)

• Game drives in customized 4WD Land Cruisers (pop-up roof, window seats for all)

• Bottled water – 1 litre per person per day during safaris

• Services of English-speaking driver–guide

• Company of our in-house Naturalist for an enriching and hassle-free wildlife holiday experience

• ETA (Electronic Travel Authorization) fees to visit Kenya

Exclusions

• GST (5%) & TCS (as applicable)

• Any airfare (international/domestic)

• Personal expenses (meals not in itinerary, beverages, laundry, room service, etc.)

• Optional activities (Masai Village visit, Hot-air Balloon Safari, etc.)

• Tips/gratuities to driver–guides or lodge staff

• Expenses due to changes in itinerary beyond organizers’ control

• Insurance of any kind

• Any costs not mentioned under ‘Inclusions’

Documents Required for Booking:

1. Passport (with expiry date minimum 6 months or more, than the arrival date in Kenya AND with a minimum of one blank page) - we need a properly scanned copy of the bio data and address pages of the passport.

2. Passport sized photo – taken on a white background, with both the ears clearly visible (not concealed in the hairstyle), the photo should not be older than 6 months.

3. PAN card – scanned copy

4. Aadhar card – scanned copy

5. Air ticket copy (if the same is not booked through our office, we need a copy of your air ticket)

Mandatory for travel:

• Valid passport with at least 6 months or more (from the arrival date in Kenya) validity and a minimum of one blank page.

• Yellow Fever Vaccination certificate.

• Polio Vaccination certificate.
