Day 1 - Arrival at Nagpur. Transfer to Bandhavgarh. Stay at Bandhavgarh.
Assemble at Nagpur latest by 7 AM. Using a properly sanitized vehicle (Innova), you will be transferred to a safari lodge at Bandhavgarh. (Travel time - about 7 hours). Interactive introductory session. Overnight at Bandhavgarh. (Meals – Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)

Day 2- Safaris at Bandhavgarh. Stay at Bandhavgarh.
We explore different zones of Bandhavgarh on morning and evening safaris. Overnight at Bandhavgarh. (Meals - Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)

Day 3 - Safaris at Bandhavgarh. Stay at Bandhavgarh.
Morning and evening safaris at Bandhavgarh. These 4 safaris will help us to get acquainted with a variety of wildlife and also the thrill of tracking the ‘Big Cats’ at Bandhavgarh. Overnight at Bandhavgarh. (Meals - Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)

Day 4 – Morning safari. Travel back to Nagpur.
This morning we will have our 5th safari of this schedule. Post safari, the group will travel to Nagpur. Reach Nagpur by 9 PM. (Meals – Breakfast)
Per person Cost (Ex-Nagpur) – INR 33,900 + 5% GST Upgrade to 4 persons jeep for all safaris– INR 38,900 + 5% GST, per person. Inclusions -
  1. Nagpur - Bandhavgarh - Nagpur travel by Innova (only 4 persons per Innova).
  2. Stay at Bandhavgarh for 3 nights on twin sharing basis.
  3. Meals as mentioned in the itinerary.
  4. Five jeep safaris at Bandhavgarh.
  5. Entry Permits at Bandhavgarh.
  6. Guide fees at Bandhavgarh.
  7. Company of Aranyamie Wildlife Mentor for an enhanced and hassle free wildlife holiday experience.
Exclusions -
  1. Airfare (Domestic/ International).
  2. Tips to the drivers, guides and staff at the safari lodge.
  3. Personal expenses of any kind - bottled water, extra meals (which are not included), room service, laundry service, any other beverages.
  4. Insurance of any kind.
  5. Camera fees (As on today there are no separate camera fees for still photography).
  6. Any other things not mentioned in the list of ‘Inclusions’.
Refund Rules -
  1. Refunds will be given in the form of a ‘Credit Note’ only.
  2. The same ‘Credit Note’ can be used to participate in any trip / tour / camp organized by Aranyamie till the next 6 months from the date of generation of the Credit Note.
  3. The Credit Note is transferable.
Please Note - Credit note will be issued as per Cancellation Policy mentioned below only if the entire trip cost has been paid by the participant with 60 or more days remaining for departure. Cancellation Policy for domestic departures:
  1. If the cancellation is made 61 days (or more) to the departure date - Rs.3000/- will be charged as cancellation fees.
  2. If the cancellation is made between 60 to 46 days before the departure date - 25% of total trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  3. If the cancellation is made between 31 to 45 days before the departure date - 50% of total trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  4.  If the cancellation is made between 16 to 30 days before the departure date - 75% of total trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  5. If the cancellation is made within 15 days before the departure date - No Refund / No Credit Note.
  6. 'No show' by participants - No Refund / No Credit Note.
Important: Cancellation needs to be communicated over email only. The date of email will be used while calculating the cancellation fees and Credit Note amount.
